No Mavado For Jamzone 2012

Mavado was a big hit and savior for last year’s Jamzone Regional Night, but this year gullyside fans will be disappointed.

Yesterday, Hits and Jams Director Kerwin Bollers apologised to Mavado’s fans, since he will not be here for the Jamzone Regional Night. This was due to some difficulties with respect to a travel document for the dancehall star.

Mavado is currently touring the United States and working on his third studio album.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, the trail leads to the Splashmins Fun Park and Resort for the longest-running Jamzone event, the Beach Jam and when the sun sets, top artistes and performers will take the main stage for the grand ‘beach concert’.

Regular general admission tickets are $2000 at Ashmin’s Trading.
