Hits & Jams Entertainment is promising to bring a whole new level to the radio experience in Guyana with the launch of the 94.1 BOOM FM Saturday March 16, 2013.
This was the assurance given by directors of the Entertainment giant, Kerwin Bollers and Rawle Ferguson, on Wednesday last when the organization hosted a press briefing and cocktail reception at the Altitude Bar and Lounge.
Noting that radio has been his first love, Bollers emphasized that he and his team of presenters and DJs will work diligently to make ‘The Next Generation Radio for Next Generation listeners’ the number one station in Guyana. Ferguson in his remarks reinforced this and added that with engaging and insightful programming, coupled with the widest cross section of music, best hosts and top DJ’s, Hits and Jams 94.1 FM is set to appeal to all audiences.
Members from the media and corporate fraternities were given visual insights of the newly constructed studio through video clips and were also treated to previews of the shows.
Presenters, in making brief speeches, offered details about their programming and spoke about what they are bringing to the table. Hits and Jams Entertainment is pleased to note that a large percentage of its radio staff holds a wealth of experience in this arena and with this comes programming of an international standard.
Among radio show hosts on board with HJ 94.1 are Rocky Carew, Stan Gouveia, Gordon Moseley, Nurriyih Gerrad, Curtis ‘Casual’ Armstrong, Wanita Huburn and Feliz Roberston. Also entertaining listeners will be one of Guyana’s most experienced DJs, DJ Bevaughn and also DJ Energy out of the U.S.A.
