The very first Jamzone Summer Break NYC is already predicted to be one of the most exciting events in the Brooklyn area during the month of August with an impressive lineup of artists from the Caribbean region! Now, Hits and Jams Entertainment is raising the bar with the addition of Guyanese artist Fojo and the very best DJs locally!
No concert is complete without the people behind the mix tables and we are taking the most requested spin masters to the big apple! Fusion Sound System’s very own DJ and Hype Man, Gully Ras and DJ Energy, who keeps the crowd live all night long will be in ‘The Village’ on August 09, 2014 delivering the best party experience to our Jamzone supporters! Known to be a veteran in this business, DJ Bevaughn will sure to dish out those old school vibes that we love so much!
Meanwhile, Fojo is the most recent local artist to be added to the lineup! This entertainer landed on the music scene back in early 2000s and made his mark with the release of ‘Woman’, a song Fojo was highly recognized for. With the success of this single, Fojo decided to produce a video which coupled with the already favored tune created an even bigger buzz and was made popular through the local airwaves.
He went on to prove that he can be a very versatile artist when he compiled his album ‘Different Sides of Me’ which featured music from Hip Hop, Reggae, Rap, R&B, Soca and Dancehall persuasions.
Fojo has also collaborated with many local artists and the outcome was nothing less than remarkable. Among these were ‘Playing Games’ with Little African, ‘Swing It’ with Shelly G and ‘Bholo Bholo’ with Fiona.
