Nigel Worrell to Appear GEM’s Next Cover

Popular Carib Beer brand manager, Carib Soca Monarch coordinator and radio personality Nigel Worrell is GEM’s cover choice for its June / July edition.

In a release, GEM disclosed that Worrell’s longevity and continued positive contributions to the entertainment industry are a couple his many attributes that helped earn him the most coveted spot for the magazine.

Worrell who is known for his jazzy dress styles is pictured on the cover dressed in a plaid, aqua jacket, coral orange pants and his trademark infectious smile. The no-holds-barred exclusive Q&A promises to be very up-close and personal.  In one of the questions, Worrell was asked: “What piece of clothing wouldn’t you be caught dead wearing?” His response:  “Men’s thongs underwear (lol). It just seems so damn uncomfortable.”

The world-class glossy GEM which is celebrating its ten-year anniversary this year, disclosed that the 63rd edition also includes some exciting features on educator and pageant promoter Ingrid Fung, five of the country’s top DJs, the Nrityageet 35th presentation, tasty cocktail mixes, the island of Wakenaam, the designs of Mwanza Glen, animal rights activist Syeada Manbodh, the 2014 Hugh Ross Classic tournament and much more.
