Jamzone Summer Break NYC Edition will be hosted at The Village, Ralph Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y.C. on August 09, 2014! Performing live will be Jamaican artist Mavado, Soca Singer Skinny Fabulous from St. Vincent & the Grenadines as well as a number of Guyanese performers inclusive of Timeka Marshall, Lisa Punch, Adrian Dutchin, Jumo Prime, Shelly G and many others. Members of the Classique Dance Company and local Emcees and Deejays will also be present.
The United States is home to the largest number of Guyanese outside of Guyana with a high percentage of the Guyanese-American community living in New York. With this in mind, it is only fitting that we take this home-grown occasion to this area.
By taking the product outside the local market, Hits and Jams Entertainment believes that our country will be promoted on a higher level and the goal of broadening the tourism arena will eventually be reached.
