LIME brand ambassador, dancehall artiste, Konshens, says he is pleased with the partnership that will also benefit his foundation.
The announcement of Konshens as a brand ambassador was made last Friday at Ribbiz Ultra Lounge in Barbican, St Andrew.
“I think it is a major stepping stone for me as an individual and as an artiste, not just for me, but for the industry as a whole. It shows that positive things are still happening and I think more of our artistes are looking at themselves as a brand nowadays and other brands are becoming aligned with them,” Konshens said.
In addition to being named an ambassador, Konshens received a cheque valued at $500,000 for his Konshens Adopt A Cause Charity Foundation.
LIME’s vice-president of marketing, Carlo Redwood, added that LIME would also be working with Konshens’ foundation on a number of projects.
