Tarrus Riley releases ‘To the Limit’

Tarrus Riley has released a sultry ballad to entice female fans. To The Limit, produced by JukeBoxx Production’s Shane Brown, has been warmly received by radio, locally and overseas.

“It’s an intimate love song. I always sing love songs but sometimes the topics are heavier than others. It’s just another love situation,” Riley explained.

The video was directed by Donisha ‘Nisha Rebel’ Prendergast who also directed Riley’s Gimme Likkle One Drop and Sorry is a Sorry Word.

“The video was fun. We showed different forms of art and different aspects of our culture. It’s definitely smoking cool and new. This is the first song with JukeBoxx since the link up and people definitely need to hear it because when they hear it, they’ll definitely like it,” Riley said.

To the Limit is also available on iTunes. In the meantime, Riley embarked on a European tour which saw the artiste performing at sold-out venues in France and Switzerland. The tour continue until July with stops in Germany, The Netherlands, Portugal and Italy.

“The tour has been good, so far. It’s always amazing to see people who are not from your culture, not to mention English isn’t their first language, sing along word for word. We are here giving them A Little One Drop and pushing it To The Limit. As always I’m looking forward to visiting Africa and singing for the people representing Jamaica but, most of all, I’m looking forward to return to Jamaica safely to sing at home at Reggae Sumfest.”

Riley will perform on International Night one.
