Mr. Brown for Guyana on July 30

The long-anticipated stage show “After Laugh Is Cry” featuring the ever- popular David Mann aka “Mr Brown” of “Meet the Browns” fame and his team is finally upon us and will be held on Tuesday, July 30, at the National Park.

The stage play, which has been dubbed as the funniest show of 2013, is being brought to the nation by the recently-established group Kingdom Dynamics, which seeks to restore core family values in our nation through various means.

“After Laugh Is Cry” aims to highlight the issue of domestic violence, which has become a plague in our society, with a significant increase in the number of cases reported.
The play, which was originally slated for May, was rescheduled twice by the Mann camp citing medical reasons.

Mann is reported to have recovered and is in excellent condition and ready for his trip to Guyana along with a team of 10 others.

The show begins at 19:00h and will feature many local acts who will pave the way for the visiting team, which includes Brown’s wife, Tamela Mann, aka “Kora”, who acts as his daughter in the Tyler Perry plays.

“After Laugh Is Cry” has the full support of the Human Services Ministry and several corporate sponsors.

VIP adult tickets cost $10,000, VIP children $3000, front stage adult $5000, front stage children $2000, regular adult $2500, and regular children $1000.
