Gravity Lounge opens tomorrow!

Imagine 4 different sections indoor and outdoor plus VIP Sky BOX overlooking the capital city in the heart of Georgetown, Guyana. Yes folks, it has arrived Gravity on the upper floor.  The Gravity Lounge, located on the roof of the Footsteps Mega Store at the corners of Camp and Regent Streets, is set to have the official ceremonial opening on Wednesday July 24, 2013 at 7pm.

“My, my, my! First Buddy’s Hotel (Princess International Hotel and Casino) with all those additional stuff and now this!!! Guyana is stepping up one stride at a time. Soon we can compete against Port of Spain and Bridgetown,” says Educator Quado Vancooten of the location as he commented on facebook from a hinterland location.

He solidifies his point by noting too that “Gravity always pulls things its way so I can hardly wait to see the VIP Sky box! Guyana is really getting there with all these modern touches being added all over the city.”

He also points the gravity as a rival of the City Mall, Guyana’s first of its kind, in close proximity but master Righbert Boatswain has slapped that idea down emphatically noting that the two buildings are not at the same level. “It has already eclipsed the City Mall in aesthetics. In terms of beauty I would say it’s the crown Jewel of Georgetown if not Guyana,” Botsawin states.

From his location in the Caribbean (Trinidad and Tobago), media operative Quamina Payne is excited Quamina Payne and says “I have to visit this place on my next visit.”

Ron D’Avilar the founder of the West Indian post simply states “Nice, hope the food and service is as great as Upper Crust!” upper crust is the café located on another floor in the building that serves up cuisine of varying sorts at unbelievably affordable cost. I’ve eaten there and to me the food as well as the atmosphere is encouraging.

World traveller Dane Pittman from just seeing the photograph of Gravity comments “Guyana getting nice I best go home back.”

Ellah Morian is just one of the hundreds of Guyanese residing overseas aka region 11 who is excited about this new development on Regent and Camp Street. She states on social Network Facebook “On my next visit to GT (Guyana) it’s all about the city. No country for me. GT look nice.”

One woman identifying herself only as Outspoken Hulkwife exclaimed “Wow! Nice whenever I’m coming to Guyana I will visit there.”

Gravity Lounge features a modern contemporary fine dining Restaurant, two outdoor dining decks, three bars and an elevated VIP area that offers a panoramic view of Georgetown. This multi-million dollar investment is evidence of an unwavering belief in the Guyanese economy and defines the potential of our growing tourism and hospitality sector.
