Tommy Lee, also called “Uncle Demon”, will be the headline act for the after-party of the Champion of Champions Football Knockout Competition slated for the National Park on November 8.
The artiste recently created a storm at the Guyana National Stadium, Providence, East Bank Demerara, which was applauded by his many fans that turned up. Come November 8 at the National Park Arena, he is expected to thrill his fans once more.
As usual, there will be strict security in and around the venue.
The football competition, which is being held for the second year, is being promoted by Trinity Promotions. The event will see eight teams competing for $150,000 as the first prize and $75,000 as the second prize.
The teams will be placed into two groups. Group A comprises Tiger Bay, Leopold Street, West Front Road and Broad Street while Group B comprises Albouystown, Sparta Boss, Festival City and Back Circle. Teams have to pay a fee of $5000 to enter the competition.
Admission to the event cost $1500 and tickets are available at Vinu Shoe Box, German Restaurant and Chetson Clarks. Tickets will be available from Monday. Remember, it’s one night, eight teams and non-stop football action with a great dancehall artiste performing after the games.
