The “Spotlight”, a new singing show is down to the top 15 performers after intense auditions and several rounds of competition. The top 15 is expected to be revealed on Tuesday, September 13, at the Giftland Mall, Liliendaal, Greater Georgetown.
RED Entertainment and E-networks Inc have collaborated to produce the televised talent competition which has been receiving great reviews.
This competition opened the doors for talented Guyanese across the nation to showcase their talents, whether it is dancing, singing, playing an instrument, comedy or acrobatics. Now it is crunch time and one person will walk away with $2.5 million as the cash prize.
After over 100 Guyanese auditioned in July, the Spotlight judges have chosen the final 15 contestants. These individuals and groups will be announced, with the final round of competition commencing thereafter. The judges for the competition are Russel Lancaster, Alana Seebarran and Christian Sobers.
